Systematically what this will do is to break apart the top performers, to have top performers work together in a system would be a "waste" to the gremlin culture because each one could've been a fountain of its own, so if the dragon and the tiger goes together there would only be so much gremlin... but if the dragon and the tiger separates, more gremlins could be accommodated.
I don't know about you it just makes sense to me that Paul would be referring to this when he said "to which we have no such culture" in 1 Corinthians. Plus the strife mentioned in Proverbs as well as in Psalms.

If I think about it, this also part of the reason or one of the underlying reason why its so penalizing to appear wrong. There's actually no real need to be so embarassing to be wrong. If we don't want to appear wrong, A.I is going to be wrong, and they're going to be wrong 1000 times while we still at 1
